Board View

The board view in Project Charter provides an overview of your projects organized by their statuses. Each status is represented by a column on the board. Projects are placed in the column that corresponds to their current status. To change the status of a project, simply click and drag it to the appropriate column. As you move a project, its status will automatically update to match the column you place it in.

Permissions

Please note that users can only see the projects for which they have been granted access by the administrators. They can only see the projects for which they have Project Charter View Project Permission or Project Charter Edit Project Permission.

Similarly, users can only edit the statuses of projects for which they have the Project Charter Edit Project Permission. This ensures that project data remains secure and that only authorized users can make changes to the projects.

For users with the Project Charter View All Project Properties global permission, they can see all projects on this page, regardless of whether they have been granted individual access. Similarly, users with the Project Charter Edit All Project Properties global permission can see and edit the statuses of all projects on this page.

Please ensure that you have the appropriate permissions before attempting to view or edit project properties.
