Board View
UPDATED 2026 The Board lays the portfolio out in columns. By default each column is a Status, and dragging a card between columns changes that project's status.
Cards
Every card carries the project's avatar and name, its key, its priority, the lead's avatar and the days remaining. A thin outline tinted by the project's health makes an off-track project visible without reading a word, and each column is separated by its own border with a coloured top edge.

Dragging
Drag is only offered when the board is grouped by Status and you hold edit permission on that project. The target column highlights as you move over it, and the status is saved the moment you drop.
Opening a project
Clicking a card — rather than dragging it — opens the same project drawer as the List view.
Permissions
You see only the projects you have been granted access to. Changing a status needs Project Charter Edit Project Properties for that project, or the global Project Charter Edit All Project Properties. Cards you cannot edit stay in place.
This capture shows the previous interface and is kept only for reference — the current board has grouping options, health outlines and lead avatars.
