👋 Welcome to Advanced Kanban Board for Jira Cloud. This guide walks through every part of the app — a single dynamic board across all your issue types, sprint planning, flow insights, and privacy-first team motivation. New here? Start with Getting Started.

Set up

  • Getting Started — install from the Marketplace, the navigation rail, the first-run checklist, and who can open the app.

  • Configuring the board — board data (JQL filter, max issues), statuses to display per issue type, and card display.

Work the board

  • Board — sprint-scope switcher, group-by swimlanes, filtering, drag & drop, select mode with bulk actions, and PDF / Excel export.

  • Backlog & Sprints — create sprints and move issues between the backlog and your sprints by drag & drop.

Measure & motivate

  • Insights — throughput, cycle time, WIP-vs-limits, and aging-work flow metrics.

  • Gamification & Leaderboard — points, levels, streaks, badges, and the opt-in leaderboard. Privacy-first and off by default.
