After installing the application, all users on Jira are actively switched to end user. If you are an admin in Jira, you can create a template folder tree according to the issueTypes used in the projects, and you can create a layout that will allow this tree to be created automatically for each record.
a- Creating Template Folder Structure
As in the screenshot below, there is a configuration page for Attachment Manager on the summary page of each project.
With the "Edit" button on this page, you can create the folder tree structure for the issue-type.
By clicking Add folder, you can add a new folder for the relevant issue-type in a tree view. After clicking “Add folder” and typing name of the folder, you need to click enter. When you create all of your folders, you can save it by “Submit” button.
After confirming with the Submit button, create a record and check the "attachment manager" panel of the record. You will see the output below.
