To create a customized user property, simply navigate to the actions button located in the upper-right corner of both tabs. Then, select "User Properties" from the list of available actions to get started.

The property name must be at least 3 characters and at most 20 characters. Also, the property names must be unique. After typing a name for your property, click on “Add Property” button to save it.

If you wish to add the user property as a column to the table in your Jira Cloud app, follow these steps: first, click on "Properties". Then, select the desired properties you want to display on the table. Finally, click "Apply" to complete the process.

You can update user properties either collectively or individually. To do so, simply select the relevant users by checking the corresponding checkboxes, then click on one of the available buttons located in the operations column.

If you have selected multiple users, you need to select which properties you would like to modify.
