List view is the default view when you enter the app. This view provides an easy-to-read table that displays your projects and their properties. You can quickly see the status and other properties of your projects.

Customizable Columns:

You can configure which properties are displayed on the List view by clicking the “Columns” button on the top right of the toolbar. After selecting the columns you want to add to the table, hit the apply button. This allows you to personalize the view to suit your needs and preferences.

Sorting Projects:

To order the projects in the table, simply click on the column headers. This allows you to sort the projects by any property you have selected to display.

Filtering Projects:

You can also filter the projects displayed in the table. By clicking the Add Filters button on the left side of the sidebar, you can choose properties according to which you want to filter projects or you can choose from previously saved filters. If you choose a combination of the properties, you can save them as a filter for the next time by using the save button.

Bulk Editing:

The app also enables you to edit the properties of many projects at once with the Bulk Edit feature. First, select the projects you want to modify, then click on the edit icon next to the Columns button. This feature is a great time-saver when you need to make changes across multiple projects at once.

Delete, Archive, and Export:

The app also provides easy-to-use buttons on the right side of the toolbar for bulk deleting, archiving, and exporting project properties. This means you can quickly and easily remove or export multiple projects with just a few clicks.

Edit individual project properties:

In addition to bulk editing, our app also allows you to edit the properties of an individual project. Simply click the edit button on its row in the List view, and you will be presented with a modal where you can modify its properties. This is a useful feature when you need to make changes to a specific project without affecting others.

Permissions

Please note that users can only see the projects for which they have been granted access by the administrators. They can only see the projects for which they have Project Charter View Project Permission or Project Charter Edit Project Permission.

Similarly, users can only edit projects for which they have the Project Charter Edit Project Permission. This ensures that project data remains secure and that only authorized users can make changes to the projects.

For users with the Project Charter View All Project Properties global permission, they can see all projects on this page, regardless of whether they have been granted individual access. Similarly, users with the Project Charter Edit All Project Properties global permission can see and edit all projects on this page.

Please ensure that you have the appropriate permissions before attempting to view or edit project properties.
