Why should we use Attachment Manager?
While tracking the issues on JIRA, attachments are added to the records by internal and external sources. Inevitably, a document management occurs within JIRA, albeit on a record/project basis. At this point, attachment manager allows you to categorize these documents kept on the records, to store them in a hierarchical folder structure in the order you want, and to download them in bulk when necessary.
While doing this, you can instantly create a category and hierarchy structure, as well as easily create templates based on Issue type/Project. With the template folder structure you created, your attachments will be categorized automatically for each record. Thus, it will enable you to centrally manage your file storage in the institution. Attachment search mechanism will help your users to find what they are looking for and save their time.
