When you first install the application, we need to index your Jira issues to ensure accurate results. Please note that you will not be able to use the application until the indexing process is complete. To check the status of the indexing process, follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Manage Apps in Jira.

  1. Click on Advanced JQL Functions.

  1. Go to the Get Started page.

 

On this page, you will see the status of the indexing process. If the indexing is complete, you will see the message Ready to use. Once you see this message, the indexing process is finished, and you can start using the application.

 

To begin using the application:

 

  1. Go to Filters and select View All Issues in Jira.

  1. Click on the Advanced (or JQL) search option.

 

After completing these steps, you can use all the keywords and functions supported by our application.
