In the Organizational Chart for Jira app, there are two types of permissions: one for global chart and another for project chart. The settings you make in Global Permissions do not affect users' individual Project Permissions. For example, if you have set up the global chart so that a user cannot view it, but have set their permissions to allow them to view the project chart, they will still be able to view the project chart.

Global Chart Permissions

1. To go to the global organizational chart permission settings, click on "System" from the gear '⚙️' icon located in the top right corner.

2. Click on Global Permissions under the Security section in the left-hand panel of the window.

3. Set the Global Organizational Chart View Permission and Global Organizational Chart Edit Permission to determine who can view or edit your chart.

Project Chart Permissions

1. To access the Project Chart Permission settings, go to the settings of your project.

2. Click on the permissions option.

3. Set the Project Organizational Chart View Permission and Project Organizational Chart Edit Permission to determine who can view or edit your chart.
