Configuration Details
Whose property should be copied?
You have three options to select a user here. By choosing one of these options, you can determine which user will be selected:
User Triggering the Transition: This option allows you to select the user who triggers the transition you are editing. You can select the current user.
Parent of the User Triggering the Transition: With this option, you can select the parent of the user who triggers the transition. If you select this option, you will see "From which hierarchy should the parent be picked up?" and you will need to select a hierarchy from which you can pick up the user's parent. From here you can pick up the parent of the user by selecting the hierarchy you want and copy the properties of this user to the field.
User from Selected Field: When you click on this option, another field will appear that you need to select. Through the selected user field, you can select a user from the field.
Property
You need to select one of the properties in the Organisational Chart app of the user you selected. By performing this operation, the property of the user you selected will be copied to the field field you selected.
Field to Copy
The selected fields can be text fields. Be careful when selecting the fielder you want to copy the Property to. If you do not select a text field, the property will not be copied properly.
