Insights

The Insights page is a flow-health dashboard, not a person ranking. It's computed from the issues currently loaded on your board. A range switcher (14 / 30 / 90 days) sits top-right.

What it shows

• KPI cards - four headline metrics, each with a value and a coloured secondary line: Throughput shows a percent change versus the previous period, Avg cycle time a faster / slower / steady trend, Work in progress has no delta, and Blocked / flagged shows a "needs review" / "all clear" status.

• Throughput - a bar chart of issues completed, grouped into 14 buckets across the range (one bar per day at 14 days; wider buckets at 30 / 90 days).

• Work distribution - a donut with the total in the centre and a colour-coded legend by category.

• Cycle time trend - average days-to-Done as a big number with a delta and a sparkline (it falls back gracefully when data is thin).

• WIP vs limits - per in-flight column (In Progress and In Review), current work against its configured limit, flagged when over.

• Aging work in progress - the six oldest in-flight items (In Progress and In Review), oldest first, each with an age badge, so you can nudge or split them.
