This validator enforces that a transition can only occur when all the individual stories linked to the current epic have reached a status with a status category labeled as 'Done' in Jira.
For example, if the validator is added to the “Start Progress” transition for the Epic issue type of the project below, the issue in the example cannot be transitioned to “In Progress” status as the status category of FDSFDS-3 is not “Done”.
