A workflow post function that allows you to assign issue to the parent of the selected user in specified level.
How to add “Assign to Parent in Selected Level“ post function to a transition:
To select the workflow you want to edit, first go to the "Workflows" option under the "Issues" tab.
Navigate to the "Diagram" section.
Click on the transition to which you want to add a post function.
Click on the "Post Functions" option.
Click "Add post function"
Select "(OrgChart) Assign to Parent in Selected Level" from the list of post functions.
After configuring the desired settings for "Assign to Parent in Selected Level" click on the "Add" button.

After configuring your settings, don't forget to publish the draft workflow by selecting "Publish Draft" to ensure that your configurations take effect. Otherwise, the changes you made will not be applied, and the workflow will remain in draft mode. |

You have two options to select a user here. By choosing one of these options, you can determine which user will be selected:
User Triggering the Transition: This option sets the starting user for assigning the parent level to the issue as the current user.
User from Selected Field: This option sets the starting user for assigning the parent level to the issue as the user selected in the chosen field.
