Organizational Chart for Jira Cloud provides you a set of post functions to integrate your hierarchy data to your workflows. This is the full list of available post functions in the app:
Copy Parent: Copy parent of the selected user to a custom field
Copy Children to Custom Field: Copy children of the selected user to a user multi-select custom field
Copy User Property: Copy the Organizational Chart properties of the selected user to a custom field
Assign Issue According to User Properties: Assign issue randomly to one of the children of the selected user satisfying the condition based on the properties.
Assign Issue to One of Children: Assign issue to one of the children of the selected user based on a strategy (Round Robin, Random or Balanced Workload).
Assign to Parent in Selected Level:Assign issue to the parent of the selected user in specified level.
Copy Children to Custom Field: Copy children of the selected user to a user multi-select custom field.
Copy Parent: Copy parent of the selected user to a custom field.
Copy User Property: Copy the Organizational Chart properties of the selected user to a custom field.
