1. Create a page

  • Click "Create" and select "Blank Page" to create your first page.
  • New pages are created as children of the page you are currently viewing.

2. Add to your page

  • Click "Edit" to enter the Confluence editor and use the page layouts feature to structure your content using sections and columns.
  • Use headings to format your text and drag and drop images into your page to provide visual interest.
  • Click "Insert" and select "Other Macros" to add macros for navigation, special formatting and other media.

3. Organise your pages

Here are some tips for organising your content.

  • Change the page order

The sidebar on the left displays your pages in a hierarchy. If you have Space Administrator permissions you can click "Space Tools" > "Reorder Pages" to move pages around.

  • Add labels

Labels help keep pages organised and make it easier for you to find the information you need. Click "Labels" at the bottom of a page to add or edit. The "Related pages" section on this page uses labels too!

  • Make templates

Standardise and speed up the page creation process with templates. You can create and format a template with page layouts, standard headings and instructional text for hints and guidelines. Check out our sample page on "Making a template"

Install the add-on

To install to the add-on, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud instance as an administrator.

  2. Go to the Administration icon and click on it.

  3. Locate Add-ons from the menu and click on it.

  4. Click on Find new add-ons and locate Account Operation For Jira Cloud.

  5. Click on Free Trial.

  6. Click on Accept & Install to confirm the add-on installation.

  7. The system displays a progress message for the operation.

Click on Get Started to go to the Welcome page for the add-on.

After successfully installing the add-on, we recommend that you verify your Jira instance configuration to make sure all JMWE features will be able to work properly.

Manage the add-on

After installing/enabling the add-on, a trial period of 30-days starts for the add-on.

During the trial: If you terminate (click on Stop Trial button for the add-on in the Manage Add-ons page) the trial within the period, you can re-subscribe to it within the original trial period. You cannot try it again beyond the original trial period. At that point, you will only be able to subscribe (by clicking the Subscribe button for the add-on in the Manage Add-ons page) to the add-on.

After the trial: If you do not terminate the trial within the trial period, a subscription for the add-on kicks in after the trial period and your billing cycle starts. You can terminate the subscription for the add-on by clicking the Unsubscribe button for the add-on in the Manage Add-ons page. Canceling the add-on takes effect immediately and you will be not refunded. If you'd like to completely stop the add-on from appearing in the interface, disable it. 


Disable the add-on

To disable the add-on, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud instance as an administrator.

  2. Go to the Administration icon and click on it.

  3. Locate Add-ons from the menu and click on it.

  4. Click on Manage new add-ons and locate Account Operation For Jira Cloud.

  5. Click on the add-on to display its details view.

  6. Click on Disable.

  7. The system displays a progress message for the operation. Once finished, the Disable button is replaced with Enable.

You have disabled the Account Operation For Jira Cloud-on. 

Uninstall the add-on

To uninstall the add-on, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud instance as an administrator.

  2. Go to the Administration icon and click on it.

  3. Locate Add-ons from the menu and click on it.

  4. Click on Manage add-ons and locate Account Operation For Jira Cloud.

  5. Click on the add-on to display its details view.

  6. Click on Unsubscribe or Stop Trial (depending on your subscription status)

  7. Click on Uninstall

  8. The system displays a progress message for the operation. Once finished, the add-on is removed from the Manage add-ons.

You have uninstalled the Account Operation For Jira add-on. 

Re-install the add-on

To uninstall and then re-install the add-on, follow these steps (don't skip any):

  1. Log in to your Jira Cloud instance as an administrator.

  2. Go to the Administration icon and click on it.

  3. Locate Add-ons from the menu and click on it.

  4. Click on Manage add-ons and locate Account Operation For Jira Cloud.

  5. Click on the add-on to display its details view.

  6. Click on Unsubscribe or Stop Trial (depending on your subscription status). 

  7. Click on Uninstall

  8. The system displays a progress message for the operation. Once finished, the add-on is removed from the Manage add-ons page.

  9. Click on Find new add-ons and search for Account Operation For Jira Cloud.

  10. Click on the add-on to display its details view.

  11. Click on Subscribe.

  12. Click on Accept & Install to confirm the add-on installation.

  13. The system displays a progress message for the operation. Once finished, the add-on is reinstalled.

Click on Get Started to go to the Welcome page for the add-on.
