When forming behavior, there are 6 different operations that we support.

Here, the examples we will provide will be shown on the Priority field. You can see the results by performing similar operations for other available fields.

Set Name

Set Name allows you to change the name of the field you have selected. For example, in the field you see, it says "Priority" in German.

Set Description

Set Description, allows you to add a description below the field you have selected. This way, you can easily show your team how to proceed when creating an issue. Here is an example:

Set Value

Set Value allows you to change the value of the field you have selected. This way, you don't waste time changing the fields you have selected while creating an issue and can look at other fields that need to be changed, saving you time. Here is an example:

As you can see here, our Priority field is 'Highest', but the icon is not visible. Do not worry, this will not cause any problems when creating an issue.

Set Read-Only

Set Read-Only makes the field you have selected read-only. This way, any of your team members cannot accidentally change or edit this field. Here is an example:

Set Required

Set Required makes the field you have selected mandatory. This way, the selected field must be filled out. If it is forgotten to be filled out, it will give you a warning. Here is an example:

Hide

Hide, allows you to hide the field you have selected when creating an issue. With the configurations you have selected, you can hide the selected field from people you don't want to see or get rid of fields you don't want to see when creating an issue. Here is an example:

As you can see, there is a Priority field between Assignee and Label before the behavior, but there is no Priority field between them after the behavior.
